ohhhhhhh yeahhhhhhhhhhh its thanksgiving!!!
that means absolutely nothing here in guatemala hahha. the people here know what thanksgiving is, but they just dont care about it. whatever
this week was super busy for us and it honestly flewwww by!! with the trip to the temple and a multi zone conference and also a ton of work here, the days just zoom on by.
i always love the multi zone conference in november, because we get to eat a little thanksgiving dinner!! so i have already eaten a little bit of turkey and mashed potatoes.. they even had pumpkin pie!!! so you could say i was one happy guy!!
update on our investigators... charlie is doing SUPER AWESOME. this week we taught him the plan of salvation and we put a tonnnnn of emphasis on the importance of baptism!! and my man finallyyyyy accepted a fecha!!! for the 8th of December. so we are going to work super hard with him!! he has already come to church like 5 times and he likes it a lot!!!
adelso couldnt come to church this week and we have had a hard time contacting him because he is working a lot.. but we are gonna try our best to get him to church this week!!
being thanksgiving, its hard not to think about what i am thankful for!!! i am thankful for all my family, friends, and everyone else who is supporting me out here!! but im more grateful for my Heavenly Father, because he has given me these 2 years to serve these AWESOME people of Guatemala!!!
