Week 74 - shakes and earthquakes

whats upppp everyone!!
this week was a very very very very normal week for us.

me and my comp worked really hard, but the citas just fell like something that falls a lot hahha. there was one day we had 7 appointments set with investigators and less actives, and literally single one of them fell. i was like "bruh" whats going onnnnnn

we were able to teach some solid investigators that we have though!! we taught Carlos again this week, and he is pretty much set for the 16th. his sister got back from the mission this last week, so shes helping us out a ton!!!

and we have also been teaching the Bay family! they are catholics and lawyers. from the description, a normal missionary would think there is no hope in them haha. but they are actually super cool!!! they are very receptive, and they came to church this week, so we are going to try our best to help them come into this totally awesome Gospel of Jesus Christ.

something wild happened this week though. me and elder teerlink were just having a nice planning session when our apartment started to move!! we were super confused and then we realized we were in the middle of a little earthquake!! it was wild.

today for pday we went to this big market thing and i snagged a pic in front of the capital here in Guatemala!!! cool stuff. the president here used to be a clown, like literally. silly stuff

not much else to say!! yall are awesome
