hello everyone!
this week in the ccm was just as good as the last one haha. this sunday i had to give a talk... in SPANISH. it was a little spooky, but i felt like it went pretty good for only having three weeks worth of practice! all the spanish speakers said i did a good job, so i was proud haha. yesterday all the older guys left... so i am now one of the older missionaries and that is crazyyyy. i saw a stat this week.. in the guatemala ccm we have 146 missionaries, compared to the 3500 at provo haha. i thought that was pretty wild.
on sunday we had the chance to watch a video/movie on joseph smith and the restoration. it was nuts how much he did for the church with all of the hard things he had to go through. that helped build my testimony on the restoration, a ton. i am super pumped for general conference this weekend! i want all of you guys to watch at least one session, if not all of em. it is so cool that we get to hear from prophets and if we dont take advantage of it that is just straight up silly.
today we got to go to the zoo and wendys. it is borderline the greatest day of my life because i havent had a cheeseburger in 3 weeks... it tasted soooo good. and i also had the chance to pet a lemur and it was awesome. it reminded me of that zoboomafoo show.. idk how to spell that hahaahha.
