heyyyy guys!!
another week come and gone!! time flies when you are having fun i guess ;) but this week was way good. first off, i wanna talk a little about food. the food down here is super awesome. at least that is what i thought haha. i was just eating away at some funny looking and funny tasting stuff when my comp told me i was eating pig brain. PIG BRAIN. i thought i was gonna be sick haha. but my belly handled it like a champ and i was proud.
later in the week we taught julio again!! he didnt read the book of mormon because he said he didnt have time... that is the worst haha. but for this lesson we brought a member who is a convert from the evangilist church! he knows a ton about the bible so he was able to help us out a ton with julio! so im praying julio reads the book of mormon and feels the spirit!!
later that night we taught brandon and familia rojas a little bit about the sabbath day and the sacrament. that lesson was probably the most spiritual lesson of my mission!! it was super awesome. brandon didnt make it to church because of his job, but the Rojas family did which was totally awesome!!
On friday we had a big multizone conference in chiquimula with all of the zones outside of the capital. it was super long, and we talked about christmas which made me super pumped for christmas, and we ended it with a THANKSGIVING lunch. i was soooo pumped and mashed potatoes and turkey have never tasted so dang good.
since its winter here (its like 90 degrees) everyone is getting sick, so we have had the chance to give a lot of blessings!!! its super cool to give blessings especially in spanish!! i know that the spirit guides the blessings, because there is no way i would be able to do it on my own.
other than that i dont have much to say!! i love you all and have a happy thanksgiving!!
