this week was another pretty normal weekk!! we are still working hard as ever out here, we just want one baptism. 1. uno.
we are working harddddd with jaime!!! he is super close to being baptized, honestly all he needs to say is "im ready" and we are going to be baptizing him before he knows it hahah!! we are visiting him a ton, sending scriptures to him, and praying a lotttt. so we are hoping to see a miracle!
so in our mission we are contacting a tonnn of people right now!! there a tons of people here in our area that are looking for the truth, and just dont know where to find it!! so we as missionaries just need to talk with every single person we can and we will find the people that are ready to hear this amazing message!!
this morning we also had a cool opportunity!! so a ton of doctors from tennessee came here to san luis for the week, and a member called me and told me that they are all gringos and need someone to translate for them!! so me and my comp hurried to help them out!! it was super cool to serve people in that way. i helped a tonnnnn of people talk to a doctor, and get the medical help they needed!! i just thought that was super cool. it was nice to be able to show the people that we are normal people, here to help them live better lives!!
not much else to say!! the church is true... thats really all that matters right?? hahah

ive been cooking a ton in the house! you are gonna be so proud. i cook broccoli, carrotts, potatoes, ive bought apples, bananas, pineapples, and watermelon!! and a ton of eggs and beans hahah. i have grown to love eggs and beans here!!! there is only one family that feeds us, the familia martinez!! they give us tamales, delicousssss tortilllas with meat and beans and stuff, sometimes they buy pizza, they are just awesome.
the hardest part of the mission is not baptizing very many people!!!! we find sooo many people, and they just dont wanna progress. its hard to see other missionaries baptizing and us never hahaha.
my favorite thing to do on pday is probably write you guys!! hahha and when we have zone activities i love that too.
sounds like you got a wild week ahead of you!! have a good time haha. dont worry, me and my companion are always laughing. i dont think i have ever laughed with a companion as much as elder interiano!!
love you tons!! also some spooky news, i saw a scale for the first time in my mission and ive gained 8 pounds!!! im a chubbster.
