On Tuesday we had "Leader Council" with all the zone leaders and sister leaders in the mission!! It was cool cuz we were able to come up with some new ideas to make the mission better. The best thing about that meeting tho is the breakfast. President and Sister Christensen make some BOMBB egg potato thing that is out of this world, and they also make a ton of pancakes and french toast. I love that breakfast.
On Wednesday I was able to have divisions with Elder Watts, just to relive the good ole days!! I brought him to my area and we were able to work super hard there and get to know the members and also some new investigators that we found!!
On Thursday we started our little viaje!! We went out to the Motagua and Zacapa zones outside of the capital to do some divisions with the elders out there!! One thing about outside of the capital is that the heat is abnormally strong!!! When we were in Zacapa a member told us that it was 40 degrees celcius. i have no idea how much that is in Fahrenheit all i know is that it is hotter than asphalt on the 4th of July.
It was cool to be outside of the capital again though!! I had forgotten how awesome those people really are... even though they dont have much, they know that they have it all thanks to the Gospel of Jesus Christ!!! Thats why I love this message so much!!
Oh yeah and since we were outside of the cap, we decided to aprovechar and go to some awesome waterfalls in Panaluya with the finance guys, Elder Ekblad (former Miner) and Elder Alldredge!! That place is SO AWESOME.
