this week was a pretty good week for us. we had some changes.. my boy elder german is leaving me which is the worst!! hes a good dude. but im gonna get a new companion named elder ulloa from nicaragua, so hopefully we can do well in this next change together!!
we just worked hard this week as usual! we kept working with the Gil and Vasquez familia.. and we saw some awesome progress from them!! when we were teaching the familia Gil, the investigator, Walter, asked us why he feels so much peace and happiness when we come over to his house! so we very gladly explained that to him hahah.
and the family Vasquez is also doing awesome! they also love it when we visit them, and Ingred wants to be baptized super bad but she doesnt want to be married!!(still blows my mind) so we explained to her that to be baptized, she needs to be married. so they are currently thinking about that!!
this week we also got rained on a couple times!! on tuesday we were just walking and it started dumpin rain out of nowhereeee. so we stopped underneath a little roof we found for like 20 mins, and then we decided that the work of the Lord is more important than getting wet. so we walked, and arrived at our appointment very wet, but it was worth it.
oh and just to explain the title, this morning i gave the whole zone a lesson on how to shoot a basketball. it pains me to see so many airballs.
